How do I book a rental?
You can book online through our Rentals page or call us directly. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and follow up with your rental agreement and event details.
How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
We suggest booking 1–2 weeks ahead. During peak seasons and holidays, many of our most popular items book out quickly. The sooner you reserve, the better chance you have of getting your preferred equipment and time slot.
Can I book multiple items for one event?
Yes. Many customers book bounce houses, water slides, and equipment packages for the same event. If you’re planning for a large group, we’re happy to help you build the right combination based on your space and guest count.
Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
We don’t require a deposit—we require full payment upfront to secure your rental. The total rental amount is due at the time of booking, and this guarantees your reservation on our calendar. No additional payments are needed at delivery.
What information do I need to book?
We’ll need your event date and time, location, surface type (grass, pavement, etc.), and any access notes. Let us know in advance about fences, stairs, or tight entryways so we can plan ahead.
Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver and set up all rentals?
Yes. Our team handles delivery, full setup, and pickup for every rental. We’ll also walk you through usage instructions and safety guidelines on-site before your event begins.
When will my rental arrive?
We provide a delivery window based on your event time. We aim to deliver and set up well before your event begins. We’ll confirm your time slot the day before delivery.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Make sure the setup area is clear of debris, furniture, and any sharp objects. We also need a standard power outlet nearby if your rental includes a blower. Please have an adult present to sign off on setup.
Can you set up on grass, concrete, turf, or indoors?
Yes, we can install on most flat surfaces, including grass, pavement, turf, or indoors in gymnasiums or halls. Let us know the surface type in advance so we bring the right anchoring equipment.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery within our standard Athens, GA service area is included. If your event location falls outside that range, a small travel fee may apply. Contact us for an exact quote.
Weather & Cancellations
What happens if it rains?
We monitor the weather closely. If conditions are unsafe—such as high winds, lightning, or heavy rain—we will reschedule your rental at no charge or provide a store credit for your next party. We will contact you the day before or morning of your event if a weather concern arises.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, we’ll refund your purchase. If you cancel within 72 hours of your event date we will provide a store credit for later use. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Do I get a refund if I cancel due to weather?
If unsafe weather prevents setup, we will issue a store credit you can use for a future date. We encourage early communication if weather is a concern so we can work with you on the best plan.
Can I reschedule my event?
Yes. If your event date changes, contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to move your reservation to your new date, depending on availability.
Do I have to decide about the weather on the day of?
We’ll help you make the call if conditions are questionable. If you want to proceed despite light rain, you must accept full responsibility. We will not set up in unsafe weather.
Safety & Usage
Do I need to supervise the inflatable during use?
Yes. An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. This ensures guests follow safety rules, avoid injury, and use the equipment responsibly.
Are your bounce houses and slides cleaned before each use?
Absolutely. We clean and sanitize every rental after each use, then inspect everything before the next delivery. Clean equipment is part of our commitment to safety and satisfaction.
What should I keep away from the inflatable?
No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, or confetti should enter the inflatable. These items pose safety risks and may cause damage, which could result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Can I move or reposition the inflatable after setup?
No. Once our team installs the equipment, it must stay in place for safety reasons. If something needs to be adjusted, contact us and we’ll help.
Are there weight or age limits for the inflatables?
Yes. Each unit has specific guidelines for the number of users, weight limits, and age recommendations. We’ll explain these details during setup and provide a copy of the rules on-site.

How long is a typical rental period?
